I had a wonderful time at this hotel with my family, enjoying the sea view and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, but the dining experience was a bit disappointing. The location was great for relaxation but lacked some activities. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor downsides.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a modern touch, creating a soothing ambiance. For the price of 80 RM per night, the room came equipped with everything I needed: 2 small bottles of water, tea/coffee sachets, iron and ironing board, a fridge, safe-box, and a low-speed hairdryer. However, the room was not exactly as decorated as shown on the website, which was a minor downside.
I had an exciting stay at the hotel, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and the fun rooms above the bar area. The service was extremely rude, making interactions uncomfortable, but the staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful in other areas. The location was perfect for my needs, offering tranquility but lacked some efficiency due to lazy staff. The dining experience was unexpected, and the facilities provided added convenience during my stay.
The hotel is not ideal due to noise from the bar at night and aged wooden interior causing dust issues. The room with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds is better maintained than the first one.
I woke up to a breathtaking sunrise right from my room, but I was disappointed that only 2 out of 5 lights worked. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the room amenities need improvement like a more user-friendly shower system and easier TV access without manual interference.
The hotel is quite a distance from Pantai Cenang and Tengah, and it's a bit far from the shops and restaurants. The surroundings outside are in need of renovation, but it's near the jetty for speedboats. The rooms are far from the reception area, and the cleanliness inside is not the best, yet the hot and cold water facilities are in excellent condition for a comfortable stay.
